A sun-drenched Berlin awaits …
As we're getting ready for a summer, spent playing shows in broad daylight, our little planet keeps spinning at several hundred miles per hour. My dog Bess is in heat for the third time, and has so far gotten considerably calmer as an individual. This may seem trivial to most, but for me and my extended family – it is in fact the pinnacle of her lifespan. Summer is kicking the door down each morning. The ivy out on our balcony is swallowing everything in its way. It is truly the Ivy Inferno, our dear pal Chuck speaks of. Bats are hovering by the dozens during the wee hours of every night. Thunderstorms light up our lives when bolts of lightning come crashing down all around us. Never have I seen such beautiful bolts before. My bike carries me mile after mile, as I paddle my way through a city with so much history it is hard for me to comprehend. A once dim place – today one of the brightest cities one can visit. I love this town. I love my new apartment. I love my new office. I love my new favorite restaurants, bars, clubs, stores and parks. All I need to do now is learn german. But as my wife likes to say; mañana, mañana.
Check out the Live Dates section, as we have added a few new festival shows. Hopefully more is to follow. If not, hope to see y'all there! After the summer Tiger Lou once again goes into deep hibernation.
